Our company was founded in 2006 by the partners of a specialist Executive Search Consultancy in order to provide their expertise in Executive Search to a broader market.

The Talent Store specialises in two sectors, namely FMCG and Healthcare.

We have successfully grown our presence in both sectors by sticking rigidly to our philosophy of never compromising client service whilst providing excellent value for money. We think that recruitment is more of an intuitive process than a technical one because in our experience people hire people, not machines!
